Alex's preschool had a Christmas program for the holidays. It lasted about 10 minutes, but was the cutest thing you've ever seen! Her class was seated in front, complete with sheep ears (they were God's "flock") and the older kids were dressed as shepherds, wise men, etc. This video was the first song they sang, so they were eager to do all the hand motions, etc. We lost most of them by the last song - 10 minutes is a long time for 3 year olds to pay attention!

Spring is coming, Alex, and the swan boats will be on the Public Garden pond in Boston near Mama Mallard and the 8 baby ducklings -- you remember: Jack, Kack, Lack, Mack, Nack, Oack, Pack and Quack.
